Emotional Intelligence is what we commonly refer to as ‘street smarts’ or ‘common sense”. Calm the Chaos is primarily focused on your emotions—how you manage them or how they manage you. You’ll be introduced to the Heart Centered Life Program where you’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, supercharge your immune system, control the impact other people have on your well being and build strong relationships.
You’ll delve deeper into the second or Sacral chakra, which is your emotional identity and the third or Solar Plexus chakra—home to your personal power. In addition, we’ll introduce you to the science behind the power of meditation, help you manage emotional eating and give you other powerful tools to empower this aspect of your life.
