I have worn myself out, by working to hard or neglecting the negative feelings from my body. It was screaming for me to take care of it. I have had problems with stress for so long and I thought that meditation could help me to cope with it. I chose chakra meditation because of a documentary I had seen some time ago. So I downloaded Brenda Stanger’s mp3. Despite reservations, I went into it with an open mind. It was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Now I do this about three times a week and I love it!
